1. What Nuruk Class should I take?
If you’ve never made Nuruk before, we recommend starting with our Fundamental Wheat Nuruk Making Class. You’ll learn essential fermentation concepts to help you master the art of making your own Nuruk!
2.Can I take different Nuruk classes?
If you’d like to take multiple Nuruk-making classes during your visit to Seoul, you’re more than welcome! Each class session lasts 2 hours, and you can schedule them back-to-back or on different days to suit your plans. Please make your reservation through Booknetic, and if you need any help with scheduling, feel free to email us!
3. Do I need prior experience with Makgeolli before making Nuruk?
If you’ve brewed Makgeolli before and have some knowledge of Nuruk, that’s a bonus — but it’s not a requirement to join our classes! We welcome all skill levels, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
