Hi there! I’m Joe Kim, the founder of Baekusaeng Makgeolli, a traditional Makgeolli brewery nestled in a vibrant market in Seoul. As a Korean alcohol sommelier with a passion for well-being and healthy food, I’m excited to share the art of Makgeolli brewing with you.
Through our book, Makgeolli School, and Online Course, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with enthusiasts from around the world, inspiring their own brewing journeys. Sharing Korea’s rich rice wine traditions is my mission, and I’m here to help you start yours!
